Hi Jeremy.

Sorry to hear that you had this issue with Parallels. Please ask for a refund. They will be more then willing to sort it out. Please note that we have tried the game with Parallel and it does work on our machine. Could you please let me know what macOS and Mac model you are using so we can try to emulate the issue. We will add a disclaimer that some users are encountering a problem when setting up Lost Ark through Parallels.

After paying for parallels and installing when you click play a message comes up saying you cannot play lost ark on a virtual machine for anti-cheating reasons. But I don’t think developers ever saw enough market there in Mac user. Besides already porting games to consoles and a much bigger PC base. I am disappointed that Apple switched to ARM in terms of running Windows. It’s too expensive to buy Parallels and jump through installing a less then ideal ARM Windows release. Maybe we will see something happen eventually but I doubt Microsoft cares much about Windows on Mac’s or Apple for that matter.
