In reply to Lumi. We have had some users mention this, however others have ran it successfully. MAC OS version compatibility is sometimes to blame.

i did all the steps but it said ” cannot work under a virtual machine ” , I’m gonna cry i was really looking forward for playing it us mac users are really poor 😭😭

Everything works but Genshin for me unfortunately, it just says this application can’t run under a virtual machine. 🙁
