I am sorry to hear that you still haven’t found what the issue is. The safest bet is to reinstall MacOS. If that doesn’t fix the problem, you may have to send it over to a specialist as it might be a hardware problem.

I have a 2012 MacBook Pro which i updated to Mojave. It was all functioning okay untill i logged in with my icloud account. I really don’t want to let go this machine, I don’t keep up with the consuming lifestyle. So i’ll keep trying to start the computer and follow your instructions. For now, i can’t make it start. It just keeps on restarting on a loop.
