Hi Micheal,

Your OS system is outdated for around 6 years now. I recommend hanging on for a few more months and buy a M2 chip MacBook which should come out very soon.

great job and really well explained.
However the problem still persists.
We are running OS XX El Capitain V 10.11.6 which is the latest OS for the MacBook Air we have, so computer is a few years old. We are using Chrome, Safari and Firefox and problem persists with all.
Any suggestions?
Is it time to buy a new Mac?
