xGrid multiple sequence alignment

I need to align potentially several thousand sequences. I have 14 quad g5s and and xserve. Does anyone know of a multiple alignment package I can use if I link all my computers into an xGrid?

Clustalw, tcoffee, probcons, muscle, and mafft should all work well with Xgrid.
