Making Windows more like a Mac?

If you regularly use a Windows box, as well as a Mac, do you do anything to make it more Mac like?
I see there seem to be several web sites that suggest tweaks to Windows. Some of which seem attractive, but equally seem a fairly needless drain on resources.
However, does anyone actually do anything to their Windows boxes that they feel makes a big difference to usability.
Thanks,
Graham
