hi everyone,

anyone doing a lot of image deconvolution? I'd like to do it on a lot of images (hundreds of stacks) and I'm looking for a preferably highly scriptable way to do it. Fast is a plus :) I know of some ImageJ plugins but I don't know how scriptable they are yet.

It would be great to know if someone can recommend some software. Not sure I can convince the boss to pay for a commercial one but you never know :)
