The chemical drawing package Marvin from Chemaxon has recently been updated, and I just noticed there was a new release of Chemdoodle from iChemLabs last month. iChemLabs have also developed a number of interesting spectroscopic tools. Speaking of spectroscopy tools I see that a new version of iNMR is planned for 2009, anyone who gets a standard license in 2008 will get the upgrade free.
I see the latest download version of LigandScout is 2.02, but the website does not mention what has changed, this program was recently reviewed on MacResearch.
