CEIVIZ: Scientific/Engineering Visualization Conference, September 2008, in Baltimore - Lots of Python
Shameless plug. Our company makes visualization software which runs on Mac, Linux, and Windows. It is specially for visualizing engineering and scientific data from simulations such as CFD, FEA, rigid-body dynamics, and such. medical scans such as transient MRI are another example. The software is called EnSight and at the conference we will be releasing version 9. EnSight 9 will have significantly more Python integration. We're really proud to have many Mac customers and about 33% of us use Macs in our jobs at CEI.
